CL 3.2 SMMSS Nonwoven Fabric Production Line to Client's Factory

CL has more than 40 years of experience in the nonwoven machinery industry.

We built China’s first spunbond production line in 1998, China’s first SMS line in 2002, China’s first SSSS line in 2019, and China’s first six-beam spunmelt line in 2023.

The line we have shipped is a 3.2-meter SMMSS line, featuring CL’s patented Double Web Former Design.

The key advantage of this design is that it produces nonwoven fabric with a softer hand feel and higher loft, helping customers achieve higher-quality fabrics and better product performance.

For the hygiene market, such as baby diapers and sanitary pads, this line can produce SSS fabric for applications including top sheets, back sheets, waistbands, and other components. It can also produce SMMSS fabric for core wrap, leg cuffs, and other applications.

For the medical market, the line can produce nonwoven fabrics for surgical gowns, protective suits, bed sheets, and other medical products.
