CL NONWOVEN is one of the leading providers of complete nonwoven line worldwide. We enable our customers to produce nonwoven fabrics economically, reliably and sustainably.
We mainly manufacture spunbond nonwoven lines with up to four spin beam PP lines, such as SSSS, SSS, SS, S and PET, PLA, Bi-Co lines. And spunmelt (spunbond&meltblown composite) lines with up to six spin positions, such as SSMMSS, SMMMSS, SMMSS, SSMS, SMMS, SMS. The maximum speed of the lastest spunmelt line has reached up to 800m/min, the optimum grammage range will be from 8 to 80g/sq.m with high technical performance.
We started working on manufacture of nonwoven lines in 1992. And in 2022, we're honored the China National Manufacturing Individual Champion which means that the market share of the company should be the first in domestic and the top three worldwide, and the company should focus on its industry over 10 years.
With over 60 core technologies and technical patents, we have released multiple first China's own designed spunbond and spunmelt composite lines. And up to now, over 1000 lines have been provided to over 30 countries and regions.
